NAIDOC Week Yarning Circle at Westvale

Celebrate the start of NAIDOC Week by sharing in a yarning circle led by Wurundjeri Senior Elder Aunty Di Kerr OAM and facilitator and First Nations Knowledge Keeper Terori Hareko-Samios.

The yarning circle offers an opportunity to hear from a senior Wurundjeri Elder and learn about the culture and history of local Traditional Owners and Indigenous culture and knowledge from the Torres Strait.

We invite community members to come and listen to the wisdom and knowledge of Aboriginal people and part take in a healing smoking and water ceremony from Australia's First Nations Peoples. Limited spots available.
