Proposed 2021-22 Differential Rates

At its Ordinary Council Meeting of 30 June 2021, the Council has endorsed a percentage increase in the differential rate in the dollar. The table below details the percentage increase applied to each zone. Relevant Documents: Proposed 2021-22 Differential Rates Objects and Reasons.PDF

The minimum payment has increased by 2.00% in all zones and the Specified Area Rate cap for the Dalyellup parks and reserves has increased from $192.49 to $240.00. This rate structure was adopted as an alternative recommendation to the original agenda item.

The advert will run for a period of 21 days and during this period, ratepayers and electors are invited to make submissions in respect of the proposed rates, minimum payment and any related matter by 4.00pm on Wednesday 28 July 2021.
