Little residents learn to Heal Country

This week, many of our littlest residents were busy learning and celebrating Aboriginal culture for NAIDOC Week. Our child care centres focused curriculum learnings around recognising and better understanding the world's oldest continuous culture. 

Children were engaging with activities like traditional weaving, making paint from nature, making damper, reading dreamtime stories and learning Aboriginal songs.

Older children attending our Vacation Care at Cromer, Harbord, Forestville and Manly Vale also enjoyed fun activities celebrating Indigenous culture like cooking and art.
