From Wednesday 21 July, customers will need to phone Customer Service to gain access to the lift to enter Council’s Levels 1 and 2 of the Max Centre (including Council’s Customer Service Centre).
If you have a previously scheduled appointment with a Council department, we strongly encourage a phone or video conference to replace your face-to-face meeting.
