Proposed sale of Brighton land

Council is proposing to sell a small piece of land (102m2) that is currently used as a driveway and loading bay by the adjacent funeral parlour, Allison Monkhouse.  The land is essential to the ongoing operations of the business and contains an easement that needs to be accessed by South East Water.

The land has been independently valued at $300,000 and Council would like your feedback regarding the proposed sale. Head to our Have Your Say web page for more information, ask a question or to leave your feedback. Consultation closes on 18 August.
