Change to operating hours, customer service counters and library branches

Isaac region residents and visitors are advised customer service counters and libraries in branch locations will close for a period of 30 minutes during each business day commencing from:

Monday, 2 August 2021.

Council offices in Glenden, Nebo and St Lawrence will close between: 12.30pm and 1pm

Libraries and customer service counters in Dysart and Clermont will close between: 1pm and 1.30pm

Customer service counter at Middlemount will close between 1pm and 1.30pm (Operating hours for Middlemount Library remain unchanged)

These closures will not impact Council’s phone-based transactions and customers in all locations will be able to contact Council by calling 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) 24 hours, 7 days a week.

The change to operating hours is being undertaken on a trial basis for a period of four months and community members are invited to provide feedback on the change either online by visiting speakup.isaac.qld.gov.au or by completing a paper feedback form at their local Council office.
