This month, ratepayers will receive both their final water/sewer notice for the billing period to June and their 2021/22 annual Rates notice.
The due dates will be close together as below: •Water/Sewer Accounts* – 20/08/2021 •Rates 1st Instalment – 31/08/2021
If anyone experiences financial difficulties as a result of this please contact Council’s Revenue department on 1300 345 345.
*Please note there is a billing period error on the Water/Sewer accounts; the billing period should read 1/03/2021 – 30/06/2021. This has been corrected in the eNotices portal.

The change in the Rate Category name does not affect the rate calculation. However, the harmonisation process has resulted in changes in individual’s rates. Please note that any appeal against a change in rating category will be considered regardless of the date.
