Mood Active's free four week Wellbeing Workout will teach you how to get motivated to start and sustain an exercise routine, what to do when the going gets tough and how to overcome barriers, all while building confidence.
These two hour weekly sessions combine education and exercise and provide a sample of Mood Active's wide range of casual classes, including Body Circuit, Core and Mobility, Active Stretch and Cardio Circuit.
Designed by a Psychologist and Master's of Coaching graduate, the program provides practical tips and tricks based on psycho-social education and adult learning techniques.
This program is designed for anyone who wants to build an exercise routine and improve their mental health through exercise.
