There are many people working in our community at this time of heightened risk to keep us safe, support others and provide essential services. Hats off to all those medical staff, emergency workers, teachers, police, support agencies, supermarket staff and others – we salute you!

To mark Local Government Week, we’d also like you to meet some of our frontline workforce. They are, among other things, providing childcare, delivering Meals on Wheels, collecting rubbish, cleaning toilets, mowing parks, driving buses, managing traffic hazards, delivering library books, maintaining stormwater assets and fixing roads, buildings and footpaths,

We asked some of our team to provide a pic from on the job this week. They represent the many teams working for our community at this challenging time.
