Water Main Installation Works - Polo Flat Road, Cooma 25 August 2021 – 8 September 2021

Please be advised that weather permitting, water main installation works have been programmed to be carried out on Yamba Crescent (house numbers 7 through to 60) to the intersection of Polo Flat Road and Holland Road.
This essential work is expected to commence on 25 August 2021 and carry through to 8 September 2021. Works will be carried out between 7.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am and 3.00pm Saturdays.
Local traffic movements will be permitted under site staff direction. Snowy Monaro Regional Council staff and contractors will not require any access onto private property.
McMahons has been awarded this contract and will be issuing notices directly to individual residents prior to any works requiring the isolation of water supply to private properties.
Any road pavement, driveways and paths affected by the reconstruction work will be repaired or replaced as part of the project works.
Council apologises for any inconvenience this work may cause and asks residents and motorists to be mindful of work crews and machinery that will be working on and around this project.
