Raintree Park at Holloways Beach closed

Council advises that Raintree Park in Holloways Beach is closed until further notice due to a wastewater pipe break last night.

Officers from Council’s wastewater team attended the break at corner of Alamanda and Cassia streets last night.

As a result of the break, Raintrees Park was affected by a significant volume of wastewater and requires further cleaning to ensure the area is safe for use.

Signage has been placed at the affected areas to advise residents not walk into or use the park until further notice.

Council apologises for any inconvenience.
