Council has engaged Relining Solutions to inspect all sewer manholes within the Mareeba township as part of Council’s annual sewer relining program. These inspections are an important part of Council’s proactive maintenance schedule and will be carried out from Monday, 9 August 2021 through to Friday, 20 August 2021.

These inspections will enable Council to identify any potential faults and to conduct cleaning to prevent sewer overflows.

Council has written to all residents with a sewer manhole on their property to provide further information regarding the inspection process.
