Despite the wet and muddy conditions, progress is being made up at the Upper Burnie Lookout.
The footpath has been constructed, landscaping will proceed over the next few weeks and new seating is on the way
Unfortunately, the weather has delayed the placement of the hotmix seal to the additional car parking area.
