Kuranda River Walk Closure

Council advises Kuranda residents of the partial closure of the Kuranda River Walk on Tuesday, 24 and Wednesday, 25 August 2021.
This closure is required while works are undertaken to remove Amazonian frog-bit from the Barron River.
The area will be fenced for the period of the works and signage will be installed to inform pedestrians of the closure.
Council apologises for any inconvenience.
