Macedon Ranges Shire Council is running a series of community recovery drop-in sessions to help local residents and landholders directly affected by storm damage to access a range of support services.
Council invites residents to join multi-agency specialists in their local community where advice and information to assist recovery will be available. These sessions will also assist residents to identify fire risks on their properties and ways to reduce them for spring and summer.
Community recovery drop-in sessions will be held in Lancefield, Romsey, Kyneton, Woodend, and Macedon during August 2021. Come along and chat with real people in the location that suits you.
Representatives from Bushfire Recovery Victoria, DELWP, Parks Victoria, Country Fire Authority, Sunbury Cobaw Community Health, Australian Red Cross, Victorian Council of Churches, and Council will be available to speak with local residents.
