The Central Coast Council is seeking to appoint a Customer Service Officer in the Council’s Community Services area.  This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and customer service-related functions at the combined Visitor and Service Centre at Penguin and other Council facilities including the Hive cultural precinct.

Essential:  Demonstrated experience in customer service, visitor services or a similar position and high level of computer literacy including experience in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.

Salary and conditions:  Permanent part-time position 22–34 hours per week.  Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Administrative/Clerical Level 2 $30.27 – $32.64 per hour.
