TASMANIAN PLANNING SCHEME | CHANGES FOR CENTRAL COAST

On 12 August 2021, following extensive consultation, the Council was directed by the Tasmanian Planning Commission to modify areas of the Council’s Draft Local Provision Schedule.  As a result, many properties are subject to new zoning and many provisions have changed.  Any Development application lodged with the Council must now be assessed under the new zones and provisions.  The exception to this is for valid applications, submitted before 12 August 2021.
