The Shire has received an application seeking approval for the use of Industry Extractive & EIL at the above lot. The development involves the following:

Amend existing approved setbacks from 60m to Nil in South Eastern Corner; Amend batter slopes from 1:10 to 1:6 on all sides; Update noise mitigation to reflect increased extraction due to batter slope changes; Increase vehicle movements to a maximum of 15 trucks per hour.
