Cairns Regional Council advises of the following road closures associated with Carnival on Collins on Sunday 5 September from 5am to 6pm.

Collins Ave, between McLean St and Mayers StMcCormack St, between Collins Ave and Walsh StGoodwin St, between McCormack St and Macdonnell StWalsh St, between McCormack St and Macdonnell StFriend St, between Collins Ave and Walsh St

Residents and traders are asked to observe and obey traffic controllers and signs advising the changes to normal traffic conditions, and follow detours as sign posted.

Council appreciates the cooperation of road users and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
