Golf, bowls and arts facilities update, Glenden

Isaac Regional Council wishes to update Glenden residents on the status of the local bowls and golf clubs and the Glenden Arts Centre. An expression of interest (EOI) was released in 2020 and the sole respondent later withdrew their interest. Council has retained lawful ownership of the facilities, contents and equipment. A number of historical items have been set aside and secured while arrangements for the display of these items is considered. A second EOI is being prepared for the Glenden Golf Club and Glenden Bowls Club for an anticipated release early next month. Council urges all interested community groups to monitor Council’s website and Facebook page for details.
