Entertain the kids these school holidays with programs across arts, sport and recreation

Council’s YouthInc groups, youth development and library teams are offering an action-packed program of more than 65 individual activity sessions to keep children and teenagers engaged and entertained during the school holidays.

The program kicks off across the Central Highlands this Friday 17 September and runs until Monday 4 October 2021.

There’s something to suit every taste – outdoorsy kids will love the chance to cool off at the local pools, sporty kids can have a go at laser tag or go skateboarding, while art lovers can try clay modelling, learn how to make dream catchers, and participate in a robotics workshop.

A range of online activities will also be available for the entire Central Highlands district, including a literature photo competition, a ‘recreate the photo’ challenge, and a family quiz night.
