The practice will thus be a flow or vinyasa style of yoga mainly beginners’ level but with more challenging postures than a beginner’s class for adults would have. Teenagers are also stronger and more flexible even if they have not done yoga before. This 45-minutes sequence hopes to gain and maintain their interest in yoga. Quiet time, focusing on the breath and mediation will be included but focusing more on listening and getting to know the body rather than on the spiritual aspect.
