Firebreaks MUST be installed on all properties within the Shire by 1 November 2021 and maintained clear of all flammable material up to and including 25 April 2022.

The Shire’s Firebreak Order contains important information on what you need to do to ensure your property is as well prepared as possible for the threat of bushfire. Failure to comply with the requirements of the Firebreak Order may result in a FINE OF UP TO $5000.
