NYABING AND PINGRUP MAINSTREET REVITALISATION PROJECT

Grant Donald from Tim Davies Landscaping (TDL) gave a presentation of their Mainstreet Revitalisation Plans for Nyabing and Pingrup to Council at its September meeting.  The concepts for these plans have been based on the feedback they received from surveys, workshop and meetings with the community and are very much in their early stages at this point.

These plans are now available for public consultation and can be viewed at the Shire Administration Office or the Pingrup CRC.  The plans can also be accessed by CLICKING HERE

The designs are in an A3 booklet and outline the process undertaken by TDL in creating the concept plans based on conversations with community members, groups, school children and surveys received that provided ideas and suggestions as well as feedback on what is felt to work well and what needs to be improved upon. Also included are some suggestions for concept colours and planting palettes for each town as well as ideas of other structures for consideration.

We are very keen to hear your thoughts and any further suggestions and ideas to assist with finalising the plans.  Once all information has been received it will be forwarded on to TDL to assist them with finalising the designs and plans so that works can commence on this exciting project as soon as possible.
