Public notice: road works commencing at Wattle Street, Blackwater

Road reconstruction works are due to commence on Wattle Street, Blackwater from October 18, 2021.

Mobilisation will begin on October 18, with works commencing on site from Monday, October 25, and continuing until February 2022.

During this period, Wattle Street will be closed off to through traffic. The works will be conducted in three separate stages over the coming months, with stage one expected to begin at the Arthur Street intersection.

These upgrades will improve the overall safety and usability of the road.

Please expect detours, drive to conditions and follow signage.
