At its meeting on 2 June 2021, Cumberland City Council adopted new planning controls for the site at 106-128 Woodpark Road, Smithfield, to facilitate its redevelopment.
At the same meeting, Council also resolved to endorse in principle a public benefit offer from the developer to provide a pedestrian link between the site and Warren T-way stop.
The draft voluntary planning agreement is on exhibition from Thursday, 21 October 2021 to Wednesday, 17 November 2021.
During this time we encourage you to view the exhibition material in the document library on this page and have your say.
