In partnership with the NSW Environment Protection Authority, we're hosting a free Household Chemical CleanOut.

Drop-off your unwanted chemicals for free

When: 9am to 3:30pm on Saturday 24 February 2024

Where: Oriole Park Car Park, Enter via Euston Road, Auburn

Residents may drop-off household quantities (up to a maximum of 20 litres or 20 kilograms of any single item) of the following items:

Solvents and household cleaners Floor care products Ammonia-based cleaners Pesticides and herbicides Poisons Pool chemicals Hobby chemicals Motor fuels Fluorescent globes and tubes Acids and alkalis Smoke detectors Paint and paint-related products Gas bottles Fire extinguishers Car and household batteries Motor oils and cooking oils

Business-related and commercial quantities of chemicals are not accepted.

For other household waste, residents have access to 4 pre-booked collections per year. Book now by visiting www.cumberland.nsw.gov.au/bookacleanup or phone 8757 9000.
