Blowholes Campground closed until further notice

The Shire of Carnarvon wishes to advise the Blowholes Campground will be closed as of Saturday 16 October 2021 until further notice. Police are currently on a missing person search in the Blowholes area. Police and SES are searching the area for missing four (4) year old girl, Cleo Smith. Cleo was wearing a pink/ purple one-piece sleepsuit with a blue and yellow pattern.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Police immediately on 131 444; please provide reference number CAD 781784. Campers are advised to stay within the town of Carnarvon as an alternative to the Blowholes campground until further notice. The Shire of Carnarvon will provide an update on Facebook and the Website once the campground has reopened.
