Isaac Regional Council advises the community that extensive capital upgrades will be undertaken on the Clermont Administration and Civic Centre buildings from:

22 November 2021 to late January 2022

Isaac Regional Council advises the community that extensive capital upgrades will be undertaken on the Clermont Administration and Civic Centre buildings from:

22 November 2021 to late January 2022 Weather permitting

These upgrades include:

Full external repairs and paint Relocation and replacement of two switch boards to ensure compliance with current standards and public safety Replacement of the evaporative air-conditioning units including duct and shroud replacement Renovations and compliance upgrades to the Civic Centre kitchen Revitalisation works to the Civic Centre courtyard

The works are made possible through the support from the Australian and Queensland Governments in association with Isaac Regional Council. This is made possible through funding from Australian Government through the Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program and the Queensland Government’s Works for Queensland Program. Council apologises for any inconvenience these works may cause, but every effort has been made to schedule the works to minimise disturbance to known community events.
