Notice is hereby given that the City of Parramatta Council endorsed an Amended Development Control Plan (DCP) relating to the development of land at 14-16 Hill Road, Sydney Olympic Park at its meeting on 25 October 2021. The DCP provides specific controls to facilitate the revised masterplan to supplement the amended LEP controls by including:

revised streets, parking and open space network amended land use, building design and floor space controls, and updated sustainability and environmental management provisions.

The report and minutes relating to this amendment can be viewed online (refer to Resolution 3529, Item 17.4 in the Business Paper for Council’s meeting 25 October 2021).
