If there’s a program or activity you’d like to see offered at Mildura Rural City Council’s libraries, now is the perfect time to let Council’s libraries team know.
Mildura Rural City Council Libraries is asking for the community’s ideas and thoughts between now and 19 December to help plan future activities and programs.
Councillor for Arts, Culture and Heritage Mark Eckel said with the easing of COVID restrictions, there were now opportunities to introduce new and more social activities at Council libraries.
“Our libraries have always been places where groups of all ages can take part in a broad range of activities,” Cr Eckel said.
“With library services across our vast municipality, we’re in a great position to expand the range of activities and programs we’re able to offer our community.
“By taking part in our Library Service Programs and Activities Survey 2021, you’ll be helping to shape our libraries’ program schedule for the future, ensuring these new initiatives are tailored to what the community wants and needs.”
The survey is quick and easy to take part in. To complete the survey online visit mildura.vic.gov.au/HaveYourSay. Alternatively hard copies are available at all Mildura Rural City Council Libraries.
