Isaac Regional Council wishes to advise Clermont residents of sewer manhole inspections, which are due to undertaken from Monday, 29 November to Wednesday, 1 December 2021.
The project was recently completed by a Council qualified contractor to rehabilitate a large quantity of sewer manholes throughout the township of Clermont.
WHAT ARE WE DOING?
As part of the finalisation of the works the contractor requires access to the sewer manholes with a surveyor to complete final survey of the manhole locations including within private properties. The survey works are estimated to be completed over three days. The works will occur within the urban areas, including residential and commercial properties and will require access to properties to survey the existing sewer manholes. Affected property occupants will be given prior written notification.WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
These works will be undertaken:
Monday, 29 November to Wednesday, 1 December 2021 6.30am to 5.30pm Weather permitting Throughout the township of Clermont
WHAT TO EXPECT
Access to individual properties will be required for approximately 10 minutes at each manhole to complete the survey. Council will be working closely with our contractors to minimise any impacts of this work on your daily routine. The work will not require the use of any heavy machinery.
