UPCOMING LEVEE INSPECTIONS – HILLSTON

Council wish to inform the public that due to recent flood events, the Public Works Authority (PWA) in conjunction with the SES, will be carrying out Levee inspections in Hillston from 2 December 2021. Council wish to apologise in advance for this late notice.

During this time PWA personnel will be walking both the east and west levees, to take note of any defects that may have occurred during recent inclement weather. The purpose of these audits is to assist Council with the management of levees through the provision of information for inclusion in our maintenance portfolio.

PWA staff will be completing door knocking should access through your property be required.
