Exhibition of the Draft Guidelines for Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure on Council Land

As Electric Vehicles (EVs) become more popular, City of Parramatta has developed guidelines to help facilitate the future network of EV charging infrastructures on Council land. The guidelines will ensure that providers are aware of Council’s requirements and expectations when EV charging infrastructure is proposed within the Parramatta LGA.
Electric vehicles (EV) require charging infrastructure and the installation of this infrastructure, like petrol stations, has certain requirements and rules that need to be followed.
The City of Parramatta have drafted the “Guidelines for Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure on Council Land” to provide guidance on the provision, installation, management, maintenance, and removal of EV charging infrastructure on Council land in the City of Parramatta Local Government Area (LGA).
