Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited (ACN 008 743 217)

Market Rent Valuation: $80,000 pa (exclusive of GST)

Proposed Rent: $80,000 pa (exclusive of GST) subject to decision of the Council

Proposed period: 10 years plus a 10 year mutual agreement extension

Valuer: Opteon Property Group Pty Ltd

Date of Valuation: 26 May 2021
