Monday, January 17, 2022, 10am – 4pm From 14 to 28 January, visitors to Anzac Square Memorial Galleries can see the colourful Venetian glass mosaic created by late Brisbane artist, Don Ross.This powerful tribute to the men and women who served in World War II is only revealed once per year (to coincide with the artist's birthday) and features an astounding 140,000 hand-cut Venetian glass enamel tiles mixed with soil from the graves of fallen soldiers.Anzac Square Memorial Galleries is open Sunday to Friday, 10am-4pm, and entry is free.
