DISABILITY ACCESS & INCLUSION SURVEY

This survey will help the Council create a Disability Access and Inclusion Plan. The Plan will help us: 

Make it easier for people to access Council services, facilities and opportunities. Promote inclusion and community participation. Change attitudes and practices which discriminate against persons with a disability.

A hard copy of the survey can be completed at our Administration Centre, 19 King Edward Street, Ulverstone.  The survey will close in February 2022.
