Classification of Land under Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993

Council is proposing to classify the land identified as Lot 5 DP1238944 known as 26 Cowper Street, Granville as Operational Land for the purpose of future road creation.

The proposal to classify the land as operational will be advertised for a 28-day period for interested parties to make submissions.

Once the submission period is completed, City of Parramatta Council will consider all duly made submissions before deciding whether to continue with the road closure proposal.
