1. Swap your car for your bike It’s fun, free and a great way to meet your fitness goals for 2022. From short trips through our neighbourhoods to mountain biking trails, the Northern Beaches has suggested routes something for riders of all levels. 

2. Exercise outdoors Improve your fitness in the beautiful outdoors on free exercise equipment. Many of our local parks and reserves have equipment for exercises such as push/pull ups, sit ups, arm combos, leg press, shoulder press and even step machines.

3. Enjoy our walking trails Whether it’s a long trek through nature or a casual stroll along our coastline, there are walks to suit everyone on the Northern Beaches. Find a walk to suit you.

4. Stay cool in the pool Swimming laps at the Manly Andrew 'Boy' Charlton Aquatic Centre or Warringah Aquatic Centre is a great way to stay cool and exercise this summer. If you need extra motivation to get there, sign up for the adult swim programs or aqua aerobics lessons.
