13 January, 2022
Lithgow City Council is urging businesses and residents impacted by the storm event on 11 January 2022 to register with Council.
As the clean up of the storm event on 11 January 2022 continues, Council is here to help people and businesses impacted by the severe storms and floods.
Anyone impacted is being asked to register their details with Council to receive updates on the flood recovery and receive personalised information of programs and services available.
Registrations can be made by completing the online form at: https://council.lithgow.com/register-flood-updates/ or calling Council’s Community Recovery Officer on 0419 100 085 to register your information over the phone.
Please note, whilst we will do our best to ensure details are recorded, COVID-19 social distancing guidelines limit Council’s capacity to open a recovery center at this time. This can cause delays for those contacting by phone, with the high volume of calls received.
Council crews are continuing to manage road issues, responding to water and sewer interruptions and supporting emergency services across the region.
