Work opportunities available during Council by-election

Cobar Shire Council 20 Jan 2022

There are a number of temporary work opportunities available during next month's Council by-election.

The NSW Electoral Commission is looking for local people to fill several positions during the lead-up and on the day of polling, which has been penned for Saturday, 26 February.

One remaining position will be decided on, reinstating Cobar's councillor representation to 12 members following December's abandoned election, which saw only 11 candidates run, three of which are new to the council.
