Proposed grant of lease over community land known as North Rocks Park

Pursuant to section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) (‘Act’), notice is hereby given of the following proposed grant of lease over community land, to the person listed below:

Address of community land: 358Z North Rocks Road, Carlingford NSW 2118 Purpose of proposed lease: Constructing, maintaining, operating, and upgrading a telecommunications network and telecommunications service Term of proposed lease: 10 years Person to whom it is proposed to grant the lease: Vodafone Network Pty Limited

Note: This is a pre-existing telecommunications facility, to which Council and Vodafone are seeking to document a new agreement between the parties.

Submissions should quote file reference F2016/07550 and be received by Council no later than 02 March 2022.

A submission by way of objection must specify the grounds of the objection and how the interests of the person making the objection are affected.
