Isaac water users are urged to keep an eye on letterboxes as water notices are expected to arrive in February 2022
Isaac water users are urged to keep an eye on letterboxes as water notices are expected to arrive in February 2022.
Water notices are being issued for water consumed from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021.
Residents are encouraged to make payment by Wednesday, 9 March 2022.
All Isaac households are levied the same consumption charge for each tier and Council has worked hard to keep this as a fair system to stop lower water consumers subsidising heavy users.
Users can set email and SMS alerts and be notified of water leaks and high consumption within days of occurrence through MiWater.
Ratepayers can sign up online to MiWater at isaac.qld.gov.au/miwater
For comprehensive information on different property types, localities and associated water charges, visit isaac.qld.gov.au/water-charges or the Council’s Revenue Statement which is available via isaac.qld.gov.au/annual-budget
If you haven’t received a water notice by Wednesday, 23 February 2022, call Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
