An anonymous flyer has been distributed to select residents of the Huon Valley. The flyer refers to the Huon Valley Draft Local Provisions Schedule (LPS) and the rezoning of selected properties to Landscape Conservation Zone.

Due to there being some key inaccuracies in the flyer we appreciate there will be members of our community confused and concerned which has led to a large volume of number calls being received from our Customer Service team.

We would like to clarify some of the statements made and we encourage you to visit our website to understand the facts about the LPS and what the new planning scheme means for you and the Huon Valley and the places you care about.
