Adoption of a site-specific Development Control Plan (DCP) for land at 23-25 Windsor Road, Northmead

Notice is hereby given that the City of Parramatta Council endorsed at its meeting on 7 February 2022 a site-specific DCP which relates to land at 23-25 Windsor Road, Northmead for insertion in Section D of The Hills Development Control Plan 2012. 

Council endorsed the site specific DCP at its meeting of 7 February 2022, with a minor amendment relating to landscape setbacks to the publicly exhibited DCP. These amendments are addressed in the relevant report to Council, which can be viewed at this webpage (refer to Item 13.6 in the Business Papers for Council’s meeting of 7 February 2022).

The site-specific DCP will come into effect on the date that the related amendment to the Parramatta (formerly The Hills) Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2012 is published on the NSW Legislation website and comes into force.
