Payment for Water Notices due by 9 March 2022

Residents are reminded that water notices for water consumed between 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021 is due by 5pm on Wednesday, 9 March 2022.

Residents have the option to BPAY payments weekly, fortnightly or monthly. To complete payment with this method, use the biller code and reference number from the water notice.

Any credit balance remaining after payment of the water notice will be applied to the following rates notice.

A reminder that all water accounts can be paid at a Council office or via BPAY, including water notices under $10.

Residents who have encountered delays with the postal service in their area can register their email address with Council for an additional water notice to be issued electronically. Please contact Council on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) to make this request.

If you haven’t received a water notice, call Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
