The Central Coast Council is seeking to appoint a Customer Support Officer in the Corporate Services area.

The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and customer service-related functions at the Visitor Information and Service Centre at Penguin.

Essential:  Previous experience in customer support, visitor services or similar role and well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Salary and conditions:  Part-time position, 60 hours per fortnight, Monday-Friday.  Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Administrative/Clerical Level 2-3 ($31.83 – $33.98 per hour), depending on qualifications and experience.
