Draft Amendment AMD 01/22 to the Local Provisions Schedule On exhibition from 7 March 2022 until 5.00pm 4 April 2022

The Tasmanian Planning Commission directed Council to make a substantial modification to the LPS regarding land at Greens Beach.

Under the Act, the amendment now needs to undergo public exhibition which will run from Monday 7th March to 5pm Tuesday 5 April 2022.
