Do you have a bike in the shed but have not ridden it for a while? Perhaps you’d like to ride more but are a bit nervous? Or would you like to move more, improve your health, and connect with others? Then you should come along to one of the Back on Your Bike sessions being held in Central Coast.
In a safe and supportive small groups, participants will rebuild their skills and ability to enjoy riding their bike and the freedom it brings. The 90 minute session is simple and free – you just need to bring along your bike, helmet and a drink bottle.
