Central Highlands celebrates Queensland Youth Week with a program full of fun

15 fun-filled events will be held across the Central Highlands to mark Queensland Youth Week, an annual celebration of young people.

Central Highlands Regional Council will celebrate the occasion with free events held across the region from 1 – 14 April 2022, including movie nights, boot camps, and games for all ages.

‘Queensland Youth Week gives young people the opportunity to share ideas, attend events, showcase their talents, and most of all have fun,’ Mayor Kerry Hayes said.

‘Our youth are an important asset worth investing in and this week of celebration gives us the opportunity to feature them and encourage their voices to be heard within the community.’
